Parking and facilities
There is parking available around the hotel in the hotel private car parks and on the Local Authority car park next to the Marina. Toilets are available at the venue. There are no showers on site available to swimmers.
Food & Drink
Cold drinks, snacks and meals for swimmers and spectators will be available from the hotel.
Shops: Glencoe has a Spar and Ballachulish has a Coop. Further afield, Fort William has a range of high street shops and supermarkets; Morrisons and Tesco Express.
Cafes: There are several good cafes in Glencoe and Ballachulish including Crafts and Things, Ballachulish Tourist Information & National Trust Visitors Centre.
Restaurants: There is a range of pubs and restaurants to suit all budgets. We can recommend The Clachaig Inn. Other places can be found on the Discover Glencoe website.
Spectators at the event
The Swim can be viewed from the shoreline easily. There are paths out around the peninsula where spectators can walk out and watch the swimmers go out around the route.
